Returns & Exchanges
We do our best to ensure that all of our customers are happy with their items. We are grateful to get to play a role in this exciting adventure towards the aisle!
We accept returns on most items (notably, we do not accept returns on swimwear, please continue reading for more information). We do not provide shipping labels for returning items, unless you received a damaged or faulty item.

All bathing suits are non refundable, final sale. As these are intimate items, we do not accept returns for swimwear.
All sale items are final sale.
All other products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will not refund or exchange:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Any swimwear (bathing suits).
Please mail any returns to The Beach Bride by Chic Parisien at 3308 Ponce de Leon Boulevard, Coral Gables, FL 33134 and include your packing slip as proof of purchase or a copy of your emailed receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you would like to exchange for another size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with the size you would like to exchange it for at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Chic Parisien, 3308 Ponce de Leon Blvd, Coral Gables FL 33134, United States.
